Hello friends! We've finally kicked off our summer vacation here on the McConnell homefront, and couldn't be more excited! Between beach combing, BBQs, and a road trip planned to Yellowstone, we are happy and thankful for this time we get to spend as a family.

Surprisely, this may give me more time to blog and share design, fashion, etc. since I am no longer commuting during the school day. You can count on many of my designs incorporating navy somewhere. Mixed with warm colors tones like coral and gold balance each other well.

The "waves" of the navy and grey rug remind me of a gentle, calm sea. The classic wingback bed in a linen fabric can be dressed up with any accent colors or patterns and is an overall great pick for anyone. How beautiful is that coral and cream pineapple pillow?! Love at first site for me!
