So who's having FUN shopping the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale!  Even as a design and style blogger, this sale is quite overwhelming, so I hope these posts help you out.

This outfit below is something I wold personally wear every.single.day.

Maybe it's a Seattle, Pacific Northwest thing, but it really is a great all-around outfit - change the boots for flip flops and take off the cardigan and literally there's our northwest summer outfit! ;-)

Ok, I know. I've been talking about the Nordstrom sale A LOT recently.  I swear it's like Christmas in July so I'm a tad enthusiastic!

 

Today is the day for Early Access to the sale (for cardholders), but even if you are waiting until the sale opens to the public, I hope these picks will help you narrow things down and make decisions more quickly without any fuss or stress.

Bright and Colorful Outfits for Summer - Instagram Roundup

Hey guys! I hope you're getting your holiday weekend kicked off with a bang!!  I'm glad to hear so many of you loved my last post on where to find coral along with the weekend sales and OOTD picks.  I tend to overthink things and moving forward I'd like to keep things to the point and consistent for you, so that was a fun post to put together for you!

I really feel the need to just say THANK YOU for joining me here on Coastal Collective Co. - just my happy little spot in this world of crazy. :-)

 

SO, whenever I'm feeling like I'm in a bit of a style rut, I usually find that adding some happy color to my wardrobe does the trick.

Being the mom of three kiddos, it is all too easy to slip into my go-to distressed denim, neutral sweater and shoes, throw my hair in a top knot and head out for the day.  Which is FINE, but....

I thank God for this little blog as a way to get out of my comfort zone and try new things, not to mention allow my geeky research-loving self go to town finding and sharing home and style items with you!

A few items I've received recently and love are below!  They are all colorful, bright, and fun for these warm summer months.  Our two girls are also super thrilled to see mommy wearing more dresses, which is just not as typical as a Pacific Northwesterner. Lol

I'd love to know which ones you love!

Colorful Summer One Shoulder Dress and Romper

This ruffle top one shoulder dress and floral off the shoulder romper were two items that I ordered and were even better in person than I thought from the picture online.

I LOVE it when that happens, because honestly sometimes I'm a bit disappointed when a shirt or dress isn't what I thought it would be!  

I am so bummed that this open front fringe cardigan is currently sold out, but you can always check on Nordstrom and search for "Chelsea28 Open Front Fringe Cardigan".  I want to wear this cardigan with everything right now and it's so easy to dress up or down.

Also, heads up that the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is coming up beginning on July 14th for Early Access.  Last year was my first year ever shopping the sale, and it is hands down worth the pre-season items and post-season prices.

YES, it is kind of annoying seeing fall items being shared in July, but it's because the prices and selection are just so dang GOOD.  I'm preparing to bring you the best, so please let me know if there's anything you want me to be on the look out for YOU!
